We collect the minimum data needed to deliver coaching, assessments, and tools.
- Account & Contact — name, email, phone, and preferences when you inquire, book, or enroll.
- Training & Performance — ride files, power/HR/pace, testing outcomes (e.g., Precision FTP/LTHR Mapper, Power Profile Analysis), session feedback, goals.
- Device & Usage — basic analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser). See “Cookies”.
- Payments — handled by third-party processors; we don’t store full payment details.
- Communications — emails, messages, scheduling notes (e.g., consults).
How We Use Your Information
- Deliver coaching & tools — create plans, analyze files, compute thresholds/zones, and track progress.
- Improve performance — aggregate, de-identified insights to refine THE SYSTEM™ and resources.
- Communicate — service messages (scheduling, program notices), and optional updates you can opt out of.
- Security & compliance — prevent abuse, enforce terms, meet legal obligations.
Legal Basis (EU/UK GDPR)
- Contract — to provide coaching, tools, and support you request.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our services (balanced against your rights).
- Consent — where required (e.g., certain marketing/cookies). You can withdraw consent anytime.

Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., records, tax, dispute resolution).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. No method is 100% secure; please use strong, unique passwords and keep your devices updated.
International Transfers
We operate from the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.
