Level 3 Licensed Coach at USAC / Level 2 Cycling Coach - NICA
A community development practitioner by trade, Coach Milt Sharp is a passionate cyclist dedicated to helping people improve themselves and their lives through cycling. Specializing in building skills and performance both on and off the bike, Coach Milt works with beginners, juniors, and master-level cyclists.
In 2024, Coach Milt placed third nationally at the USA Cycling eSports National Championship and secured second place at the 2023 USA Cycling Virginia Cross-Country Marathon Mountain Biking State Championships.
A Level Three coach through USA Cycling and a Level Two coach through NICA, Coach Milt is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of Black People Ride Bikes, Inc. and the Major Taylor Cycling Club of Virginia. An avid eRacer, gravel and mountain bike racer, Coach Milt enjoys leading weekly virtual group rides on Zwift and relaxing by paddling his kayak on lakes and rivers.
